New Roofs

All roofs are replaced using maintenance free materials, dry ridge systems, dry verge units and dry GPR valley troughs which means no mortar is used at all on most roof types. We use fully breathable roof membranes to provide a fully ventilated roof area, which is building regulations requirements, we also use fully graded BS5534 roof battens on all our roofs, which are NHBC requirements. We provide a 10-year insurance backed guarantee on all new roofs as we are members of NFRC meaning we also give a building regulations certificate when works are complete.
